Introduction
Späti Stacker is a casual physics-based merge game themed around Berlin's late-night convenience stores (Spätis). This Privacy Policy describes what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Local Game Data
The following data is stored locally on your device (via device storage / local storage) and is not transmitted to our servers:
- Your high score and total merges
- Tiers reached and achievements unlocked
- Selected skin (Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Prenzlauer Berg)
- Sound and music volume preferences
- Whether you have purchased the ad-free upgrade
Advertising Data
If ads are enabled, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect information as described in its own privacy policy, including advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and limited device information used for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
Purchase Data
In-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. We only receive a confirmation that the purchase is valid so we can unlock the corresponding feature on your device.
How We Use Your Information
- Save your progress, high score, achievements, and preferences between sessions
- Deliver relevant ads through AdMob (unless you have purchased the ad-free upgrade)
- Validate in-app purchases and unlock the ad-free experience
- Improve gameplay balance and fix bugs
What We Do Not Collect
- No email address, phone number, or real name
- No precise location data
- No contacts, photos, or other device content
- No account registration is required to play
Third-Party Services
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads in the free version of the game. AdMob's handling of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Apple App Store / Google Play
In-app purchases and app distribution are handled by Apple and Google. Their respective privacy policies apply to any data they collect during those transactions.
Advertising Choices
- On iOS, you can limit ad tracking via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- On Android, you can reset or opt out of personalized ads via Settings → Google → Ads
- EU/UK users will be shown a consent prompt for personalized ads where required
- You can purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade to remove banner and interstitial ads entirely
Children's Privacy
Späti Stacker is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage, uninstall the app, or reset progress within the game. Data held by third parties (AdMob, Apple, Google) is retained according to their own policies.

- Restore a previous "Remove Ads" purchase on a new device via your App Store / Google Play account
